The licence is recent. The people behind it are not. Our leadership has spent more than twenty years inside the UAE refined-products market: lifting cargoes from terminals at Jebel Ali and Fujairah, pricing against Platts Arab Gulf assessments, and running supply programmes for contractors, fleet operators and shipowners whose operations do not pause for a late tanker.
We do not pretend to be a national oil company. We are a focused trading house — close enough to the terminals to be reliable, and close enough to the customer to be accountable. That is the position from which serious supply is run in this market.
What we compete on is not the fourth decimal of a price. It is whether product arrives inside the window we committed to, at the specification printed on the certificate, with documentation that will satisfy an auditor, a class surveyor or a port state inspector.
