01Sourcing
Lifted from established terminals
Product is taken from standing positions at Jebel Ali and Fujairah, not assembled each morning from whoever happens to be cheapest. Those relationships are what make a delivery window credible when the market is tight.
02Specification
Matched to the plant, not the price list
Before an offer is issued we establish what the engines, burners or class requirements actually demand. Where a cheaper grade would damage equipment or breach the rules for the duty, we say so and quote the correct one.
03Pricing
A basis stated on the offer
Fixed for a defined period, floated against Platts Arab Gulf with an agreed premium, or capped above a ceiling you choose. The mechanism appears on the offer. The invoice does not invent one.
04Scheduling
A slot, a vehicle, a named driver
Each drop is assigned, and the vehicle and estimated arrival are confirmed before departure. Night, weekend and public-holiday slots are ordinary business.
05Transfer
Metered, sealed and open to witness
Flow meters carry current calibration certificates and arrive with seals intact. The dip and the meter reading are yours to observe. We would rather you did.
06Documentation
A file that survives an audit
A Certificate of Quality and a signed delivery note on every load; for bunkers, a bunker delivery note and sealed MARPOL samples. Loading ticket and delivery reconcile to one reference.

Certificate of Quality with every delivery

Density, flash point, sulphur and appearance against the ordered grade, issued per load and retained for the audit file.

Calibrated, sealed metering

Current calibration certificates on the vehicle, seals intact on arrival, dip and meter open to witness.

Independent inspection on request

SGS or Intertek attendance at loading or discharge wherever a contract, lender, charterer or insurer requires it.

Civil Defence compliant assets

Approved tankage and road tankers, licensed drivers, spill containment and safety data sheets travelling with the product.

Traceable from terminal to tank

Loading ticket, delivery note and quality certificate reconciled to a single reference.

Seven emirates.

Mainland and free zone, coast to interior. If the site sits at the end of a graded track two hours past the last roundabout, say so on the enquiry — it changes the schedule, not the answer.
